We specialize in termite damage repairs and building rectification on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. Rectification includes a fixed price works quotation covering all required trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling, rendering, roofing, engineering, as well as structural certification by an independent engineer, and QBCC insurance. We also provide pre-purchase invasive inspections which include a letter of findings and works quotation or estimate.
